Digital Services Return Policy

XploitEye provides cybersecurity scanning and vulnerability assessment services. Due to the nature of our digital services:

• Completed vulnerability scans and reports cannot be returned once delivered
• Subscription services can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice
• Enterprise licenses can be returned within 14 days if no scans have been performed
• Custom security assessments are non-returnable once initiated

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• Technical issues prevent service delivery for more than 48 hours
• Service does not meet documented specifications
• Billing errors or duplicate charges occur

3. Allow 5-7 business days for review and processing
